Applied artificial intelligence

Artificial intelligence is useful when it shortens one specific decision or deadline. It is dangerous when it is allowed to answer with nobody checking. We build the first case and refuse the second.

Where it actually helps

How it runs

  1. 01

    Find the point of application

One specific, measurable task where an error has a known cost. That is where AI earns its place, and nowhere else to begin with.

  2. 02

    Evaluate before deploying

We measure answer quality on your real cases. A model that is rarely wrong but confidently so is more dangerous than one that hesitates.

  3. 03

    Integrate with a net

Confidence thresholds, a log of what was produced, and a way back.

  4. 04

    Watch it

Models change and so does your data. What worked at launch gets re-checked.

One that runs

Skoleda is our own school management software. AI assists marking there, and nothing is served without passing a verification step, because we measured how confident a wrong answer can be.

Common questions

Is our data used to train a model?
That is an explicit decision, taken with you and written down. By default we configure integrations so your data is not used to train a third party model.
What if the model is wrong?
It will be. The real question is what happens then: confidence threshold, human approval, a record of what was produced. That is what we build around the model.
Do we need a lot of data to start?
Not always. Many useful applications rely on existing models applied to your documents, with no training at all. We say so when a project genuinely needs data you do not have.
